Overview
The Kupo KCP-730B Super Claw is a compact, lightweight professional clamp designed for quick mounting of cameras, lights, monitors, and accessories in tight rigging environments such as film sets, photography studios, and broadcast setups.
It is a scaled-down version of Kupo’s Convi Clamp system, built for portability while still offering a secure and versatile grip. The jaws feature spring-loaded action with rubberised pads, allowing it to clamp firmly onto both round tubes and flat surfaces without slipping or damaging surfaces.
Despite its small size, it supports a wide range of accessories thanks to its dual threaded mounting system (1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 female threads), making it highly adaptable for different rigging needs. It is commonly used for lightweight cameras, LED lights, monitors, microphones, and compact accessories.
The clamp is designed for use in tight or complex setups where traditional clamps are too large, making it a go-to “on-camera bag” tool for quick mounting solutions.
