Overview
The Kupo KCP-601 Super Viser Clamp 9" is a heavy-duty professional grip clamp designed for securely mounting lighting fixtures, rigging accessories, and set elements in film, television, photography, and studio environments.
It is engineered to clamp onto round, square, and irregular objects up to 9" (24 cm) in diameter, making it highly versatile for use on truss, pipes, beams, and studio structures. The clamp features a fixed jaw design that keeps one side stable during operation, allowing installation in tight or restricted spaces where traditional clamps may not fit.
Built from aluminium die-cast and steel components, it provides a strong yet relatively lightweight solution for demanding production use. The integrated 16 mm (5/8") baby stud and 16 mm receiver allow direct compatibility with standard grip and lighting systems, while the hexagonal receiver supports additional Convi Clamp accessories for expanded rigging options.
The rubberised jaw pads improve grip security while helping to protect surfaces under load. A large ergonomic handle ensures high-torque tightening for safe and stable mounting.
