Overview

The Kupo KCP-270B Super Clamp Grip Head is a professional hybrid rigging solution that combines a Super Convi Clamp with a 2.5" grip head, designed for versatile mounting of lighting, grip arms, and accessories in film, television, photography, and studio environments.

It is engineered to clamp securely onto a wide range of surfaces, including lighting stands, tripod legs, and tubes, making it a highly adaptable tool for complex rigging setups. The integrated grip head allows for precise positioning of accessories such as flags, scrims, gobos, and small lighting fixtures.

The clamp uses a mechanical interlocking jaw system with rubber padding to ensure a strong, stable grip without damaging the mounting surface. The grip head itself features a dual-disc locking system with four V-shaped jaws, allowing compatibility with standard 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", and 1/4" accessories.

A high-torque handle provides secure tightening, while the aluminium die-cast construction ensures durability while keeping the unit relatively lightweight for professional on-set use.
