Overview
The Kupo KCP-831B Half Coupler is a professional heavy-duty rigging clamp designed for securely mounting lighting fixtures, truss systems, and studio equipment onto standard industry tubing in film, television, theatre, and live production environments.
It is constructed from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, giving it a durable yet relatively lightweight build suitable for repeated professional use. The clamp is designed for tubes with a diameter of 48–51 mm (1.89"–2.0"), making it compatible with most standard stage truss and lighting pipe systems.
This black version features a tool-free wing nut tightening system, allowing quick installation and secure locking without additional tools. The curved inner surface helps protect truss structures from damage while ensuring a firm, non-slip grip.
It includes an M10 mounting bolt with nylon lock nut, allowing direct attachment of lighting fixtures and accessories. The design is also engineered for safety and stability, with a high working load capacity suitable for demanding production environments.
