Overview
The Kupo KSC-06MP Suction Cup with Swivel Baby Pin is designed to provide a secure, temporary mounting point for lighting, camera and production equipment when working on smooth, non-porous surfaces.
The 6-inch suction cup is suitable for applications including vehicle panels, windows, mirrors and boats, making it particularly useful for film, television, photography and car-rigging setups. Its pumping mechanism creates the vacuum needed to hold the cup securely against a suitable surface.
A swivel 16 mm (5/8") Baby pin is permanently attached to the suction cup, allowing compatible lighting fixtures and grip accessories to be mounted while giving you additional flexibility when positioning the equipment.
The suction cup features a metal plunger rather than a plastic one, providing improved durability and resistance to heat and chemicals. A red-line indicator provides a visual warning if the vacuum begins to weaken, which is useful when working in demanding production environments.
An aluminium mounting block provides six 3/8"-16 threaded mounting points around three sides, giving you additional options for attaching compatible accessories or building a more complex rig.
The KSC-06MP has a 13 kg maximum loading capacity and weighs 1 kg. A suction cup pad protector is supplied to help protect the cup when it is not in use.
