Overview
The Nanlite Forza 720B Bi-Colour LED Monolight is a high-output professional lighting solution designed for film, broadcast, and commercial production environments that require both power and colour flexibility.
Built around an 800W COB LED engine, the fixture delivers up to 84,460 lux at 1 metre with the included reflector, making it suitable for large-scale lighting setups and capable of replacing traditional HMI fixtures in many scenarios.
The light features a bi-colour CCT range of 2700K to 6500K, allowing seamless transitions between warm tungsten tones and daylight-balanced output without the need for gels. This makes it ideal for mixed lighting environments and fast-paced production workflows.
With CRI 96 and TLCI 97, the Forza 720B ensures accurate colour reproduction and consistent skin tones, meeting the demands of professional cinematography and photography.
The fixture includes a dual-mode output system:
• Maximum Output Mode for highest brightness
• Constant Output Mode to maintain consistent intensity across the CCT range
A Bowens S-type mount provides compatibility with a wide range of professional modifiers, including softboxes, Fresnels, reflectors, and projection attachments.
The system uses a separate control unit with integrated dual V-mount battery plates, improving balance and enabling both AC and battery-powered operation for studio or location use. Battery operation can deliver up to approximately 65% output, offering strong performance in mobile setups.
Control options include onboard operation, Bluetooth via the NANLINK app, 2.4GHz wireless control, and DMX/RDM integration, allowing seamless use in both simple and complex lighting setups.
The included rolling padded case with wheels and telescopic handle ensures safe transport and efficient mobility for production teams working across locations.
