Overview

The Kupo KCP-835 Truss Coupler is a professional heavy-duty rigging solution designed for connecting and supporting truss systems in film, television, stage, and large-scale production environments.

Unlike standard single couplers, this system uses two 48–51 mm truss clamps connected by a reinforced structural plate, allowing it to support and stabilise larger truss sections while maintaining precise alignment. It is commonly used when truss needs to be lifted, bridged, or supported between stands or structural points.

At the base of the unit, it includes a 28 mm (1-1/8") junior spigot, enabling direct mounting into standard lighting stands, receivers, or support systems. This makes it a hybrid solution that combines both truss connection and stand integration in a single unit.

The structure is built from 6061-T6 high-strength aluminium alloy, paired with a reinforced steel plate, giving it both rigidity and durability under load. It also features adjustable spacing between the two truss connection points, allowing it to adapt to different truss configurations.

This is a specialised rigging tool designed for load-bearing structural applications, not lightweight accessory mounting.
