Overview
The Kupo KS-401 Super Knuckle with Baby Receiver is a professional modular grip accessory designed for flexible mounting and precise positioning of lighting fixtures, cameras, monitors, and production equipment in film production, television, photography, and studio environments.
Built around the Super Knuckle system, the KS-401 features a dual ball-joint design that allows full multi-angle adjustment and secure locking via a central control knob. This enables fast repositioning while maintaining strong stability once tightened.
One end of the unit includes a 5/8" (16 mm) baby receiver, allowing direct mounting onto standard lighting stands, grip heads, or support systems. The opposite end integrates with the Super Knuckle ball system, enabling compatibility with a wide range of interchangeable components and accessories.
The aluminium die-cast construction provides a balance of strength and lightweight handling, making it suitable for portable and studio-based production workflows. The system is designed for use in compact lighting rigs, camera support setups, and accessory mounting configurations where flexibility is essential.
