Overview
The Kupo KCP-830 Slim Type Half Coupler is a professional-grade rigging clamp designed for securely mounting lighting fixtures, truss systems, and studio equipment onto pipes and structural tubing in film, television, stage, and installation environments.
It is built as a slim-profile version of a standard half coupler, allowing it to fit neatly between truss structures where space is limited, while still maintaining high load strength and safety certification.
Constructed from high-tensile 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, it is designed for tubes with a diameter of 48–51 mm (1.89"–2.0"). Despite its compact 30 mm wide profile, it supports professional heavy-duty loads and is certified for use in demanding production environments.
The coupler uses an M10 carriage bolt system with a butterfly knob, allowing fast tightening without tools. The design also includes anti-rotation and anti-loosening features, ensuring secure attachment even under vibration or load shifts during production use.
