Overview
The Nanlite Forza 720 Daylight LED Monolight is a high-output professional COB lighting fixture designed for film, television, commercial production, and large-scale studio environments where powerful, daylight-balanced illumination is essential.
With an 800W LED engine, the Forza 720 delivers an exceptional output of up to 124,000 lux at 1 metre (with included reflector), making it a powerful alternative to traditional HMI lighting systems in a significantly more compact, energy-efficient, and heat-controlled form factor.
Operating at a fixed 5600K daylight colour temperature, the fixture provides consistent, clean, and natural light that integrates seamlessly into daylight environments or high-end studio setups.
The light features a Bowens S-type mount, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of professional modifiers including softboxes, Fresnels, projection attachments, reflectors, and lanterns, making it highly adaptable across different production requirements.
Designed for both studio and location work, the Forza 720 supports AC power as well as dual V-mount battery operation, allowing it to run at up to 70% output on battery for mobile production workflows.
The system includes a separate control unit, improving weight distribution and making the head easier to rig, mount, and position on set. Advanced control options include onboard controls, Bluetooth via the NANLINK app, 2.4GHz wireless, and full DMX/RDM integration for multi-light setups.
With CRI 95 and TLCI 96, the Forza 720 ensures accurate colour reproduction, making it suitable for professional film, broadcast, and photography applications where colour consistency is critical.
Built-in lighting effects and fine dimming control (0–100% in precise increments) provide additional creative flexibility for simulating real-world lighting scenarios.
The included padded carry bag ensures safe transport and storage, making the system suitable for both studio installations and travelling production teams.
