Overview

The MagTape® Xtra™ Matt Fluorescent Gaffer Tape (25m) is designed for production professionals who need highly visible, reliable marking tape without the unwanted reflections associated with glossy surfaces.

Available in five fluorescent colours — Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink — the tape provides an easy way to identify stage points, prop marks, equipment and set or scenery areas. The fluorescent colours also glow under artificial UV or black light, making them particularly useful in entertainment and production environments.

The tape features a satin-matt, low-reflection surface, making it well suited to professional television, film and theatre applications where unwanted reflections can be a problem. Its performance adhesive provides strong, reliable adhesion, while the polyethylene coating helps repel water from the surface.

The MagTape® Xtra™ Matt Fluorescent range is easy to tear in both width and length, allowing production crews to apply it quickly without tools. Each 25m roll is individually wrapped, making it practical for production kits, rental inventories and individual crew use.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the tape is suitable for film sets, television productions, theatre, touring productions, live events and set construction.

Please note: Fluorescent colours are recommended for short-term use, as exposure to UV light — particularly sunlight — may cause colour fading. Tape performance can vary depending on the application surface and environment. For best results, apply to a smooth, clean, dry, non-porous surface free from dust, oil and other contaminants. Always test on a small area first, as tape may leave residue on some surfaces.
