The Kupo Wide Base High Overhead Stand (620M) is a professional heavy-duty lighting and rigging stand designed for overhead frames, large diffusion setups, and high-mounted lighting fixtures in film, television, and studio production environments. Built from robust chrome-plated steel, it delivers exceptional stability, safety, and load-bearing performance for large-scale production work.
With a maximum height of 6.33 m and a load capacity of 40 kg, this stand is engineered for demanding overhead applications where height and stability are critical. Its wide footprint design significantly increases stability at full extension, while integrated levelling legs allow safe setup on uneven terrain.
The stand features a 3-riser, 4-section telescopic column system for smooth and controlled height adjustment. Each riser is spring-cushioned to prevent sudden drops, adding an important safety layer when raising or lowering heavy equipment.
A universal 4-1/2" grip head with 1-1/8" (28 mm) junior receiver provides compatibility with industry-standard grip accessories. Additional wind bracing eye rings allow the stand to be secured with guy lines for increased stability in outdoor or high-wind environments.
