Overview

The Kupo KS-019 Swivel Extension Arm is a compact, professional rigging accessory designed for flexible positioning of lighting fixtures and grip equipment in film production, television, theatre, photography studios, and live event environments. It is commonly used within Convi Clamp and Super Viser Clamp systems where precise articulation and offset mounting are required in tight or complex rigging setups.

Constructed from a combination of aluminium and steel, the KS-019 is engineered for durability while keeping weight low for practical on-set use. One end features a 5/8" (16 mm) baby receiver for mounting standard lighting fixtures or accessories, while the opposite end includes a hexagonal stud with a 3/8"-16 female thread, allowing secure attachment to compatible Convi clamps.

A key feature of the KS-019 is its double ball elbow joint, which allows both ends to articulate freely in any direction. This provides excellent flexibility for fine-tuning light placement, offsetting fixtures from stands or rigs, and achieving precise angles without adding bulky support arms. Its compact size makes it especially useful in crowded grip environments where space is limited.
