Overview
The Kupo Master Classic Stand (169M) is a lightweight yet highly stable professional lighting stand designed for photographers, filmmakers, and studio productions. Constructed from black anodised aluminium, it delivers an excellent balance between portability and strength, making it ideal for supporting softboxes, LED fixtures, and medium-weight lighting setups.
With a maximum load capacity of 10 kg and a wide 109 cm footprint, this stand offers excellent stability even when supporting larger modifiers. Its dual-leg strut design and robust tube construction ensure reliable performance in both studio and location environments.
The stand features a smooth height adjustment system with secure locking knobs and a welded 5/8" (16 mm) baby receiver for universal lighting compatibility. When not in use, it folds down to just over 1 metre, making it easy to transport and store between shoots.
