Overview
The Kupo KCP-720B Double Super Convi Clamp is a professional modular rigging clamp designed for building strong, flexible support systems in film, television, photography, and studio production environments.
It consists of two Super Convi clamps joined back-to-back, creating a rigid 90-degree connection point that allows users to securely join pipes, crossbars, or structural elements. This makes it especially useful for constructing custom lighting rigs, overhead frames, and support systems.
The clamp is part of the Convi system, meaning it works with a wide range of accessories through its integrated hexagonal receiver system. These include grip arms, studs, and mounting adapters for lighting and camera equipment.
It is engineered to fit tubes ranging from 5–51 mm (0.2"–2"), and also includes a saddle design for mounting on flat surfaces. A spring-loaded safety locking system ensures accessories remain securely attached even if the locking screw loosens during use.
Constructed from lightweight die-cast aluminium with stainless steel components, the KCP-720B offers a strong yet portable solution with a load capacity of up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
