Overview
The Kupo KCP-280B Double Gag Grip Head is a professional dual grip head designed to mount two lighting control accessories from a single rigging point in film, television, photography, and studio environments.
It features two 2.5" grip head assemblies mounted on a steel plate with a 10 mm connecting rod, allowing operators to attach and independently adjust two separate flags, scrims, or frames from one mounting position. This makes it a highly efficient solution for compact rigging setups where space and speed are critical.
Each grip head uses a dual-disc locking system with four V-shaped jaws, supporting standard 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", and 1/4" pins and tubing. A large T-handle provides high torque for secure tightening, while internal friction components ensure stable positioning under load.
The aluminium die-cast construction combined with steel reinforcement ensures durability for demanding on-set use.
