Overview
The Kupo KS-426 Dia. 26mm Ball with 3/8"-16 Anti-Rotation Screw is a professional modular mounting component designed for secure and stable attachment of cameras, cages, monitors, and accessories in film production, television, photography, and studio environments.
Constructed from CNC-machined aluminium, the KS-426 features a 26 mm ball joint combined with a 3/8"-16 male threaded screw. The key feature of this model is the integrated ARRI-style anti-rotation locating pins, which prevent mounted equipment from twisting once installed. This makes it especially useful for camera cages and rigging setups where alignment must remain fixed under load.
The ball is part of Kupo’s Super Knuckle ecosystem, allowing it to be used with compatible knuckles, arms, and mounts for flexible articulation and positioning. A knurled tightening knob allows quick hand adjustment, while a secondary hex key access point enables additional tightening when higher torque is required.
Its compact and lightweight design makes it suitable for portable rigs, while still offering professional-grade stability for studio and on-location production work.
