Overview

The Kupo KSC-PIN Camera Support Adapter is a professional rigging accessory designed to extend mounting capability for cameras equipped with a built-in hot shoe. It is commonly used in film production, photography, broadcast, and automotive rigging setups where additional support points are required.

The adapter features a 15 cm (5/8” / 16 mm) aluminium baby stud, providing extended mounting space for grip heads and support arms. This allows users to build more complex support structures, including multi-point rigs and stabilised camera extensions.

At the base, the unit includes a cold shoe mount with a knurled locking knob, allowing it to be securely attached directly to a camera’s hot shoe. The long stud design enables the mounting of up to two grip heads, making it useful for connecting additional rods, clamps, or support systems.

Constructed from high-strength aluminium alloy, the KSC-PIN is designed to remain lightweight while still offering the rigidity needed for professional production environments.
