Overview
The Kupo KCP-606 10" Chain Clamp is a professional heavy-duty rigging clamp designed for securing lighting fixtures to irregular, uneven, or non-standard surfaces in film, television, photography, and studio environments.
It uses a 10" (25.4 cm) steel chain that can be wrapped around objects such as tree branches, beams, pipes, or set structures where conventional clamps cannot be used. Once positioned, the clamp provides a stable mounting point for lighting fixtures and grip accessories in challenging locations.
The design features two integrated 16 mm (5/8") baby studs positioned in different orientations, allowing fixtures to be mounted in opposing directions for flexible rigging setups. A tension adjustment mechanism on the handle ensures secure locking once the chain is tightened.
Constructed from high-grade heat-treated alloy steel, the clamp is built for durability and repeated professional use. A locking release lever with a set-screw prevents accidental opening once the clamp is secured, adding an extra layer of safety on set.
