Every fixture we sell is backed by a 24-month warranty, fully serviced from our Johannesburg workshop. We stock genuine spares and can usually return a unit to service within 5 working days of intake.
Our technical team has run the original manufacturer training courses in South Africa — if you need help configuring DMX, integrating with a CRMX system, or troubleshooting on location, we're a phone call away.
