The KUPO Heavy-Duty Baby Stand is a robust and reliable lighting support, expertly engineered from chrome-plated steel for strength and corrosion resistance. Designed with 3 risers and 4 sections, it offers a maximum load capacity of 13 kg (28.7 lb), making it ideal for both studio and location productions.
The stand extends to a maximum height of approximately 4 m (13.1 ft) and retracts to a closed length of around 115 cm (45.3 in), ensuring both reach and portability. It features a welded 5/8″ (16 mm) baby stud atop the riser for sturdy fixture mounting.
Strength and stability are further enhanced by dual-leg struts, a protective foot pad, and a sizable brake shoe for secure locking. The stand includes aluminium brake castings and knobs with stainless-steel heli-coil inserts for durability. For easier movement, optional casters are available.
